Mrs. Stephenson'S Plain Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the butter, shortening and margarine with sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating continuously.
    Add flour and milk, alternating (add 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk and last cup of flour with baking powder).
    Add flavorings.
    Bake in a 10-inch angel food pan for 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done, at 325\u00b0.
