Arkansas Smashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium red potatoes
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes before starting.
    Dice in large chunks. Put salt into 3 cups of water and bring to a constant boil.
    Add prepared potatoes to water.
    Let boil for 15 minutes, then drain water.
    Add 1/4 cup of water, milk, margarine and black pepper. Begin to cream potatoes while cooking on low temperature until all lumps are mashed out.
    Turn off heat.
    Season to desired flavor. Serves 3 to 5.
