Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated zucchini (skin and seeds included)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
