2 Wheat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. wheat flour
    4 c. white bread flour
    2 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add salt, shortening and honey; stir until dissolved.
    Add wheat flour and enough white flour to make a soft dough.
