Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small or 3 large zucchini squash
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Simmer zucchini (cut in 1/2 inch slices) in salted water to cover until tender, usually about 10 minutes. Drain.
    Saute onion in margarine; add sour cream and cheese. Season zucchini with salt and a little pepper.
    Mix with onion sauce.
    Layer in baking dish with bread crumbs and cheese.
    Bake about 15 minutes until golden brown.
