Turkey Sausage And Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Butterball fresh turkey sweet Italian sausage
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh cheese filled tortellini
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (reserve marinade)
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    6 sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and cut into strips (about 1/4 c.)*
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 c. torn fresh spinach leaves
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add turkey sausage; brown 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and continue cooking sausage 8 to 10 minutes more, turning once.
    When cool, cut sausage into 1/4-inch slices.
