Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, diced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) jar Prego sauce
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Add potatoes; cover and cook slowly, 10 minutes, turning.
    Add 1/2 of salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish (1 1/2 quart).
    Melt oleo, add onions and beef; cook until browned.
    Add remaining salt and pepper.
    Put on top of potatoes. Cover with sauce.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 .
