Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture. Add pumpkin, blending well. Bake in tube pan or 9x13in. pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 mins.
