Rotel Chicken(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Cook noodles in broth until tender; drain. Saute butter, onions and bell pepper; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in large casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
