Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour; measure and add baking powder and salt.
Sift three times.
Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
