Bruna Boner(Swedish Brown Beans) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown beans
1 1/2 qt. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Wash beans and soak overnight.
Cook slowly in same water until tender (about 2 hours).
Add salt, molasses, vinegar and sugar.
If they seem too juicy, thicken with a little cornstarch paste.
