Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 large potatoes
2 bay leaves
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Cook potatoes with bay leaves.
Cool and grate.
Combine soup, sour cream and milk.
Layer potatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream mixture in a 9 x 12-inch glass dish.
Top with butter and a little cheese.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
