Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
    1/2 medium red pepper, cut into chunks
    1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
    1 medium onion, cut into eighths
    1 c. snow peas
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    hot cooked rice
    1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz homestyle mushroom gravy
    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips
    1/2-inch
    wide.
    Place
    in a 2 quart casserole.
    Cover dish
    with lid or vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring twice.
    Remove
    chicken
    from casserole and set aside. Discard juices.
