Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Cream together shortening, vanilla and sugar.
Add eggs; mix well.
Combine other ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
