Lilac Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. shredded coconut
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 1/4 c. grape juice
    1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
    whipped cream and chopped nuts for garnish
Preparation
    Spread coconut on a cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown.
    Put into bowl and toss with melted butter.
    Spread lightly over bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Do not press.
    Cool for 1 hour or more in refrigerator.
