Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts; set aside.
    Combine other ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks and cool completely. This will make 5 small loaves in 5 3/4 x 3 x 2 1/8-inch pans.
