Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can black-eyed peas
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    15 flour tortillas
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute ground chuck and onions until meat loses its pink color and onions are soft.
    Drain.
    Stir in peas, tomatoes with chilies, mushroom soup, chicken soup and enchilada sauce.
