Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer or 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Melt margarine in flat pan or cake pan.
    Dip chicken pieces into milk and coat with dry mixture.
    Lay pieces in pan; don't crowd! Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Turn pieces over and bake 20 minutes more.
    If chicken pieces are large, allow 5 to 10 more minutes.
