Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine hot water, salt, Crisco and sugar in large bowl; cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in water; add yeast, beaten egg and half the flour; beat well.
    Stir in flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Grease top of dough.
    Cover and let rise to double.
    Make up to your desire.
