Turkey Neck Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. turkey necks
    1 bag large egg noodles
    1 large finely chopped onion
    1 large finely chopped bell pepper
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 medium bag baby carrots
    1 can sweet peas
    3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil turkey necks with salt and pepper until almost tender. Add onions, bell pepper and carrots and continue to simmering until carrots are almost tender.
    Add noodles; simmer for 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, peas and crushed red pepper.
    Make a paste with flour and water.
    Stir in and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
    Serve with Mexican cornbread.
    Quick and easy.
    A complete meal for the working woman or overworked housewife!
