Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice onions and separate into rings.
    Put egg and water in small bowl; mix well.
    Put 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in egg mixture.
    Mix. Put flour in another bowl.
    Dip onion rings in egg/water mix.
    Take out and roll in flour and drop in hot grease.
    Cook until golden brown.
