Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, bananas, eggs and pineapple.
    Combine with oil. Combine flour, salt and baking soda; fold into fruit mixture.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Grease tube pan and dust with flour.
    Pour in mix.
    Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Cool. May be frozen.
