Summer Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6-inch long) zucchini, grated
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 1/2 c. bread cubes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, tuna, bread cubes, lemon juice, egg and onion in a bowl.
    Mix well. Shape into patties.
    Fry on both sides in oil in skillet until brown.
    Serve warm.
