Hattie'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    13 oz. Italian sausage
    pepperoni
