Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Measure flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl. In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Cool. Grease 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Add eggs and vanilla to sugar mix. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Pour in greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake about 40 minutes.
