Jiffy Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour 3/4 of batter into pan.
Pour one can of any flavor pie filling over batter and then drop the remaining batter on the filling.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Drizzle powdered sugar mixture over top.
