Berry Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. prepared dewberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry or strawberry juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    To prepare juice, select table ripe berries.
    Do not use underripe berries.
    Wash, cap and remove stems.
    Crush berries and heat to boil.
    Simmer for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Extract juice by pouring through a strainer or cheesecloth.
