Pizza Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans Italian tomatoes, sliced
    2 c. beef broth
    1 small green or red pepper, sliced
    1 lb. thinly sliced smoked sausage
    8 oz. Mozzarella or Cheddar
    1 sliced onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
    1 pkg. Provolone
Preparation
    Put all in crock-pot.
    Cook slowly for 7 to 8 hours.
    Add Provolone to each dish before serving.
    Makes 6 to 7 servings.
