Ground Round Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3 slices bacon
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shoestring noodles
    potato chips
Preparation
    While noodles are cooking, saute bacon; crumble into large bowl.
    Saute one at a time the mushrooms, onion, pepper and celery. Brown meat.
    Put in bowl with bacon.
    Mix in separate bowl the 4 cans of soup, beating well.
    Place drained noodles in bowl with vegetables and meat.
    Add soups and mix well.
    Place all ingredients in greased casserole.
    Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 18.
    This amount fills 2 (2 1/2-quart) casseroles.
