Veggie Bar Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerator crescent rolls
1 pt. size pkg. original Ranch mix
1/2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. snipped green onions
1/2 to 3/4 c. broccoli buds
1 large carrot, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Unroll crescent rolls and pat into 2 cookie sheets, pinching seams together.
Bake about 10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix Ranch dressing and milk.
Beat cream cheese with dressing mixture.
Spread on cooled crust.
Sprinkle with green onions, broccoli buds, carrots and Cheddar cheese.
Cut into desired size bars.
