Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 1/2 cups minute rice
    1 pound velveeta grated
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 cup wesson oil
    2 cups wesson oil
    2 cups milk
    Garlic salt to taste
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add rice cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and onions.
    Stir together and add other ingredients.
    Stir and add to greased casserole.
    Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
