Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas, well mashed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Mix bananas and eggs together in a large bowl.
    Stir in the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
    Add the pecans and blend.
    Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove the bread from the pan and cool on rack.
    Serve warm or cool.
