Black And White Chocolate Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 cubes plus 2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. liquor (Framboise)
1/2 oz. white chocolate, chopped or 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
2 c. whole strawberries

Preparation

Line baking sheet with wax paper in small microwave bowl. Combine the chocolate chips and liqueur.
Hold berry by hull; dip the berry halfway into the chocolate.
Set on wax paper.
In another bowl, melt the white chocolate on high.
Stir once, until melted and smooth, about 1 minute.
Dip fork in the white chocolate.
Drizzle over the strawberry.
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Serve chilled.
