Creole Style Tomatoes And Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium size green pepper, chopped
    2 1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserve drippings in skillet.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
