Hot Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. mayo (not lite)
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
chopped olives (optional)
Preparation

In 9-inch pie plate or dish, place sliced onion.
Combine mayo and cheese and spread over onion.
Top with chopped olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
