Crab And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (2 oz.) jar dried pimentos, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine or butter for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Combine rice, vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
