Green Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1 or 2 New Mexico green chiles, chopped (depending on taste and amount of heat desired)
    2 cans green chile
    1 onion, chopped
    sprinkle of chile (crushed red pepper)
    salt and pepper
    onion salt
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook roast for about 30 minutes in stew pot on top of stove. Add remainder of ingredients and cook (with 1/2-inch of water on the bottom).
    Do this until the roast falls apart.
    Shred roast with fork.
