Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. eggs (whole)
3/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine crumbs and margarine; mix well.
Press 1 1/2 cups crumbs firmly on bottom of 9-inch pan.
In mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. On low speed, add flour; mix well.
Gradually add milk; beat until smooth.
Add eggs; mix well.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Pour 6 cups of batter in prepared pan over crust.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until center is set.
Cool to room temperature; chill thoroughly before cutting.
