Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    5 Tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. dried red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Re-mix and refrigerate 24 more hours.
    Shape in 5 (2-inch) balls. Bake in shallow pan at 150\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Turn after 3 hours.
