Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 medium zucchini, cut in cubes
1 onion, diced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. margarine
1 can tomato soup with water (or spaghetti sauce)
1/4 tsp. salt
grated cheese
Preparation

Boil zucchini for 3 minutes.
Drain.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add hamburger and onions.
Cook slowly.
Add peppers and garlic.
Simmer.
Add
spaghetti sauce, oregano and salt. Put drained zucchini in casserole.
Pour sauce over.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
