Cream Cheese Dessert Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans or other nuts
Preparation
    Have the cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix cream cheese and instant pudding by hand.
    Blend or fold in fruit cocktail. Shape into a roll or ball.
    Roll in nuts.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with graham crackers.
    Serves 26.
