Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 can beef broth soup
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix the first seven ingredients together.
    Shape the mixture into balls and brown them in a pan with the oleo.
    While the balls are browning, slice the onion and add it and the mushrooms to the pan.
    Cook until the onion is tender.
    Add the beef broth and 2 tablespoons sherry.
    Mix the flour with 1/4 cup water.
    Add to the liquid in the pan.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes. Serves 5 people.
