Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut broccoli
    1/3 chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    10 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
    4 oz. (1 c.) cubed American cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Add onion to broccoli; cook and drain.
    Melt margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Slowly add milk; cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
