Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oysters
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion
    4 c. milk
    1/2 box saltines
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay or equal seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Crumble crackers.
    Layer crackers and oysters in casserole dish.
    Combine milk, butter and onion in saucepan; add juice from oysters.
    Cook until onion becomes translucent.
    Pour mixture over crackers and oysters.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
