Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar or Colby cheese, sliced or grated
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until tender (approximately 1/2 hour).
    Drain and cool.
