Skillet Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    10 oz. stir-fry vegetables
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until brown.
    Add water, veggies, soup and garlic powder.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover.
    Remove from heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve.
    Use a large skillet or wok.
