Speed Bake Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
7 or more c. sifted flour
1 pt. Speed Bake Yeast Ferment
cinnamon
sugar
melted butter
Preparation

In the morning cream together the shortening, sugar and salt. Add beaten egg.
Sift and measure flour into a mixing bowl.
Blend in yeast ferment.
Then add creamed mixture; knead into a smooth dough, not too stiff.
Let rise until doubled, if desired.
Knead down and let rise again until doubled.
Shape into a roll.
Let rise in an oiled tin until doubled.
