Broccoli And Bow Ties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    8 c. broccoli florets (4 heads)
    1/2 lb. farfalle pasta
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. good olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    zest of lemon
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 c. toasted pignoli nuts (pine nuts)
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 3 minutes in large pot of boiling salted water. Remove the broccoli from water with a slotted spoon or sieve. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
