Chicken Liver Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. chicken fat
    3 medium size zucchini squash
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in fat and remove from pan.
    Roll livers in flour and brown.
    Slice squash and parboil for 5 minutes.
    Mix together catsup and water; set aside.
    Alternate livers, squash, mushrooms and onion; cover with catsup and water mixture and seasonings.
    Cover and bake in one-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
