Wile E'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank steak
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger powder.
    Score flank steak on both sides.
    Marinate steak in mixture for about 6 hours (or overnight).
    Broil on grill until well done.
    Serves 4.
